Lost or damaged packages For lost packages we will file a lost package report to the swiss post service and if they confirm the lost package we will ship your order again. In the event you receive a damaged jewel or a wrong jewel, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package and send a photograph of the damaged item. We’ll replace it with another one or refund your return according to your wish. Return the jewel If for any reason you have a wish to return the guardian angel jewel, we will offer you a replacement or a return only under the following conditions: The jewel is unused wraped in its original packaging. Returns are considered within 20 days of the delivery. When returning non-defective items you are responsible for the shipping fees. Your satisfaction is our commitment and our purpuse. Return the personal set Since the personal set is handcrafted, personalized and uniquely designed to an individual’s specification, the set cannot be sold to another client therefore it can’t be returned or refund unless there is a mistake due to a wrong spelling by the artist. Its important to give the correct informations when purchasing the set, this will ensure the precision for the customization of the art work. In the case a mistake occurs please notify us immediately, we will replace the piece. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Custom regulations All prices are inclusive of 7,7% IVA within Switzerland. For International shipments all our rates exclude any applied customs, or import duties. Customs regulations differ by country, we suggest to inform your selves before placing your order. Track the order The TNT delivery can be tracked. The registred shipping through PTT (Swiss post) shows only the sending date and cannot be tracked. |
