Guarantee

All jewels both in silver and gold are manufactured in Switzerland by a rated jeweller that works only with high quality materials, the origin, the purity and authenticity of the silver and gold is guaranteed for all jewels.

The Sterling silver 925 is the alloy of the silver that contains the highest percentage of the precious matal, it has only a very small part of copper (7,5%).

The gold 750 (18 K) is formed by 75% of gold 25% is composed by silver and copper.

Each piece is garanteed sterling silver 925 or gold 750 (18 K). Each of the jewels is certified with the punch mark of the manufacturer (you find it on the ring of the jewel, it’s necessary a lens to see it as the mark is very small).

 Terms of Warranty

Any damaged jewel will be replaced. Please send by e-mail a photo of the damaged item and send it back within 20 days from delivery.

The warranty will remain valid provided the jewelry is reasonably handled. The warranty does not cover cases in which the jewel has been broken, torn, or scratched and does not cover the jewel cleaning.
